Why do I get charged shipping when it says “Free Shipping”?
We are offering free shipping to US, EU, and UK delivery addresses. However, if your basket only contains accessories and does not include the TospinPro Tennis Training Aid or the TopspinPro for Pickleball Training Aid, then there will be a delivery charge regardless of the delivery address.
If you are purchasing a TopspinPro and your delivery is from any of these countries yet still being charged shipping, kindly contact us and send us a screenshot of the checkout page and we’ll send it to the technical team to check.
